The United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and The Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute offer professional development opportunities to 13 emerging arts managers. The goal of this Fellows Mentoring Program is to energize the work of emerging international arts managers in their own countries by bringing them to the United States and providing them with instructive and informative experiences in the field of arts management through classes, seminars and meetings with leading arts managers, exposure to arts management in practice in U.S.-based not-for-profit arts organizations, and opportunities to develop relationships with American arts professionals.

The Kennedy Center Fellowship Program provides 10 arts managers comprehensive study at the Kennedy Center including coursework in strategic planning, marketing, and development; three practical work rotations in Center departments; and a series of professional development seminars. Fellowships are full-time and last 9 months from September through May. For more information, please visit: http://www.kennedy-center.org/education/artsmanagement/fellowships/home.html.
