Job Description Job Summary: Assist the Communications/Creative Director in the centralization and production of all Foundation publications and creative projects through design, layout and copywriting support. Duties include, but are not limited to: Design newspaper ads, program inserts, displays, metro advertisements, marketing postcards and e-mails, posters, banners, trade show displays, invitations and other projects. Fulfills orders for all business cards and corporate letterhead; maintain inventory. Write radio spots, blurbs, boilerplate language, and other promotional copy. Additional layout and design as necessary. Manage production of Foundation newsletters. Edit and proofread Foundation materials, marketing collateral and web pages. Other duties as assigned by Communications/Creative Director. Requirements: Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related field. Minimum 2 years related experience. Strong writing, editing and design skills. Working knowledge of Mac desktop publishing (Quark, Adobe Creative Suite). Web knowledge strongly preferred. Must be able to work well independently, as well as team oriented; able to multitask managing work to meet established deadlines.
